VIEWING

We will in most cases complete a site viewing or provided a estimated quote before any works is finalised or booked.

NEGOTIATING

Once works is calculated and final quotation cost agreed, we require a deposit of 35%-50% depending on the scope of work. Please refer to our company Terms & Conditions for further in-site on how we work to ensure your jobs completion.

BOOKED

We have a strict no deposit no booking policy after the agreed scope of work and deposit is paid your job will be booked and ready to start. If this is a contractual agreement a DocUsign will need to be signed.
